Submission Guidelines

Submissions will be handled via EasyChair. All submissions must be written in English and adhere to the IEEE conference two-column formatting guidelines. Papers must be submitted in PDF format.

Submissions that exceed the page limits, are off-topic, or not formatted correctly will be rejected without review.

Submissions will undergo a single-blind review process. Authors are allowed to include their names and affiliations in the submitted manuscript. All accepted papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the program committee.

Accepted papers will be submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore in a companion volume (EDCC-C). It is anticipated that the conference proceedings will be managed by the Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and submitted to Xplore and the CSDL.

Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at the workshop. At least one author of each accepted paper must register via the EDCC 2026 conference website and present the paper.
